Fall 2: Deadpoint

In "Fall 2: Deadpoint," Jax (Harriet Slater) is grappling with the loss of her sister when she reconnects with college friend Luce (Arsema Thomas). Inspired by her sister's adventurous spirit, the duo embarks on a treacherous journey to Thailand, aiming to confront their fears at a sacred site high above the ground. Despite warnings about the dangerous path, they hire a guide, Jon (Tom Brittney), to lead them on a perilous climb along a dilapidated wooden route. As they ascend thousands of feet into the air, they face vertigo-inducing heights and the looming threat of earthquakes, turning their adventure into a desperate fight for survival. However, the film struggles with predictability and lacks the tension and authenticity that characterized its predecessor, leaving viewers with a sense of missed potential amidst the breathtaking scenery.
